Also known as the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, it is a neo-Romanesque church built at the beginning of the 20th century, mainly on the initiative of Bishop Antoni Laubitz. On December 18, 1929, Józef Glemp, the Primate of Poland in the years 1981-2009, and Archbishop Stanisław Gądecki, were baptized here.
