Wat Rong Khuhn is located in Chiang rai, renovated by Mr. Chalermchai Kositpipat Chiang Rai Visual Art National Artist. Every year there are hundreds of thousands of tourists visiting the temple to see the unique architecture. The temple is in white and clean all the time, so tourist dubbed it Thailand White Temple. Designed and decorated in unique Thai Buddhist style, you can discover different meanings behind each decoration.

泰北清萊有兩大標誌性黑白建築，一是白廟，一是黑屋（俗稱黑廟，其實是博物館）。白龍寺其實也不算廟，而是一座視覺藝術建築，由泰國國寶級藝術家察霖猜(Chalermchai Kositpipat)出資興建。

察霖猜出生於清萊，他決定興建白龍寺時，感念龍坤善長救助之恩，遂命名為龍坤寺(Wat Rong Khun)，並把此寺作為禮物送贈普密蓬，白廟、白龍寺、靈光寺都是中文譯名的別稱。

白龍寺以素色為底，像徵佛祖純潔，白水泥牆體上還用人工鑲上一片一片的鏡片，閃閃發亮的鏡面，代表智慧照耀宇宙，遊人須先過橋才能進代表天堂的主殿。白龍寺內有座金碧輝煌豪廁，不收費，入廁要脫鞋，改穿廁方提供的拖鞋方便。
